I am an experienced HR professional and cognitive-behavioral psychologist with a diverse background in both fields. Currently, I work as an HR Business Partner at SOFTSWISS in Warsaw, where I collaborate with various departments, supervise the recruitment team, and enhance onboarding and performance management processes. Previously, I served as a Senior IT Recruiter and HR Manager at Game Aggregator, focusing on hiring technical roles and developing sourcing strategies. I have also maintained a private practice in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), and conducted independent research on cognition, behavior, and personality traits.
