Breach, Governing Law
If DevsData becomes aware of a breach of the T&C, DevsData may immediately implement corrective actions, including disabling access to the Website as well as removing any information, data and content provided by the user on the Website at any time, to any extent and without notice.
Any claims or disputed relating to the use of Website or a breach of this T&C shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any claims and disputes shall be settled by the competent Polish common court, having jurisdiction over DevsData registered seat.
