In my current role as an Online Solution Specialist at Weco-Travel, I am responsible for the implementation and post-implementation service of various online booking tools (OBT/SBT) such as Cytric, Concur, Rydoo, and Flightbox. I also play a key role in developing and testing new features for our self-developed SBT, ensuring that any bugs are promptly reported and addressed. My work involves defining necessary modifications to existing systems to meet both internal and external user requirements, as well as managing the administration of online tools used by consultants and automating recurring tasks in the post-booking process.
