I am passionate about helping tech companies scale faster and smarter, with over five years of experience in building and managing HR teams and processes, as well as recruiting and developing technical and business talents in the IT industry. My core competencies include recruitment and talent development, coaching, HR strategy and processes, HRIS and ATS implementation, and onboarding and offboarding management. I hold a postgraduate degree in coaching, a master's in sociology, and a DISC certification, allowing me to apply psychological and sociological insights to HR challenges and solutions. As a Senior HR Manager at gotoHR, I provided HR guidance on resourcing, performance management, and employee relations while leading DISC assessments and coaching sessions. At Golem Network, I designed and implemented people strategies, managed OKR systems, and handled full-cycle recruitment. During my tenure at Huawei Warsaw Research Center, I built HR processes and managed high-volume recruitment, partnering with senior leaders to design workforce planning and create succession plans. My earlier experiences at IQVIA, IMS Health, Cegedim, and Orange further solidified my skills in HR strategy, recruitment, employee relations, and coaching.
