Required skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic or visual design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creativity.
  • An eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality visuals that align with brand guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles to enhance user experience through visuals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for sharing ideas and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have/preferred skills and experience (not required)

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience designing for web and mobile platforms.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or animation tools like After Effects.
  • Experience creating visuals tailored for international or multilingual audiences.
  • Experience in integrating branding and marketing strategies into design decisions to create visually cohesive and impactful content.
  • Background in industries like tech, e-commerce, or advertising is a plus.
