• Work with users to gather requirements, design solutions, and deploy new PowerApps applications or SharePoint features.
• Monitor and manage permissions, user access, and security settings in SharePoint and PowerApps.
• Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to ensure proper integration of SharePoint and PowerApps with other tools and systems.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users to help them maximize the potential of SharePoint and PowerApps.
• Support the maintenance and updating of SharePoint libraries, lists, and workflows.
• Resolve technical issues related to SharePoint pages, document libraries, and PowerApps interfaces.
• Optimize and configure workflows in Power Automate for streamlined processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues related to SharePoint or PowerApps.
• Perform backups, restores, and data migrations as needed.

Required skills and experience

• Strong experience with SharePoint, including site creation, management, and customization.
• 3+ years of experience with PowerApps development and deployment, including form design and workflow integration.
• Familiarity with Power Automate and integrating it with SharePoint and PowerApps.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in resolving user issues.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online and Office 365 environments.
• Experience with user management, permissions, and security protocols in SharePoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Power Automate).
• Good understanding of business process automation and how PowerApps can be used to optimize workflows.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver solutions.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or other web technologies for customizing SharePoint sites is a plus.

Nice to have/preferred skills and experience (not required)

• Certification in Microsoft 365 or SharePoint.
• Experience with SharePoint migration tools or upgrades.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, databases, and data management in SharePoint.
• Experience in troubleshooting PowerApps mobile or desktop applications.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies or project management tools to manage support tasks.
