Typical duties and responsibilities

2. Assist in adapting and evolving content strategy in collaboration with the Sr. Director of Content.
3. Work closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Sales, Legal, and other departments to create accurate, customer-centric content that supports business objectives.
4. Track and report on content performance, using data to inform and optimize content strategies and improve outcomes.
5. Oversee the content calendar, including brainstorming, writing, editing, and ensuring a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
6. Write scripts, organize shoots, and oversee video production from concept to publication.
7. Expand and manage a team of freelance content creators, assigning projects, managing timelines, and editing submissions.
8. Collaborate with SEO agencies to ensure content is optimized for search engines.
9. Partner with the PR team to amplify content visibility and enhance brand presence.
10. Ensure all content adheres to brand standards and regulatory requirements.

Required skills and experience

• 5+ years of content marketing, editorial, or creative content experience.
• Proven track record of creating high-impact content across various mediums.
• Experience working in global organizations or targeting international markets.
• Strong editorial standards and experience producing content for multiple audiences.
• Knowledge of video scripting and familiarity with video editing software.
• Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with community engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite, WordPress, CMS, analytics).
• Self-starter with a history of developing processes and collaborating to bring ideas to life.

Nice to have/preferred skills and experience (not required)

• Experience in B2B SaaS organizations.
