I have extensive experience in project management and telecommunications, having served in various leadership roles across several companies. As the Country Manager for Vortex Energy Ukraine LLC, I was responsible for developing the company's strategy, managing all business processes from the ground up, and leveraging European expertise to implement the latest tools and technologies. My role involved comprehensive project estimation and risk management to ensure successful outcomes. Prior to this, I spent seven years at UkrTOWER LLC, where I managed the implementation of over 3,000 sites for major mobile operators, overseeing everything from new tower construction to maintenance and emergency work. My responsibilities included budgeting, resource allocation, contractor management, and leading regional teams to achieve project goals within deadlines. In earlier roles, such as the Regional Manager at UkrTOWER and Head of the Project Department at UKRRADIOTEL, I further honed my skills in project coordination and team leadership. I was instrumental in managing all internal projects in the eastern region of Ukraine, including new constructions and technical supervision.
