I have a strong background in human resources and administrative roles, with significant experience across various companies. Most recently, I worked at Cognizant as an HR Admin Senior Specialist from August 2019 to December 2022. In this role, I managed employee lifecycle processes for over 2000 employees, prepared employment-related documents, implemented new HR processes, and adapted policies to changes in labor law. I also provided support for managers and leaders regarding HR processes and Polish labor law, informed job applicants about their roles and benefits, and managed Polish Capital Plans within the company.
