Typical duties and responsibilities

Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative projects, including branding initiatives, advertising campaigns, and digital media content across multiple platforms.
Perform comprehensive market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and inform creative strategy development.

Required skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field, with a minimum 5 years of experience in creative consulting or a similar role within the marketing industry.
Demonstrated expertise in creative strategy development and execution, supported by a comprehensive portfolio of successful creative projects and campaigns.
Advanced proficiency in industry-standard creative and design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and business growth across various platforms and channels.
Strong understanding of current marketing principles, digital trends, and consumer behavior analysis, with experience in creating data-driven creative solutions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to articulate creative concepts to diverse stakeholders and manage client relationships effectively.
Extensive experience in creative problem-solving and project management, including the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
