As a professional with a background in Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology, my career goals revolve around creating digital solutions using my Anthropology-based knowledge and actively participating in innovative and disruptive technology development. I possess a comprehensive understanding of the UX project process, Design Thinking, and Jobs to Be Done framework, coupled with experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods. My skills also include managing multiple research projects simultaneously, mapping personas, and facilitating workshops. I am well-versed in using popular research tools like UserZoom, SurveyMonkey, and HotJar. In my current role as a UX Researcher at OLX Group, I coordinate research across Europe, conducting end-to-end research projects and ensuring that insights are implemented into product strategy. I have also held similar roles at Golem Factory, Ergo Digital IT, and StepStone Services, where I conducted international research projects, facilitated workshops, and created user segmentation artifacts. Additionally, my early experience includes creating and moderating educational workshops at the Ethnographic Laboratory Association. I am fluent in Polish and English, with basic knowledge of German, and continually enhance my skills through various workshops and courses. My interests extend to co-design, ceramics, and singing.Tech Stack
