With extensive experience in IT support and administration, I am currently serving as a Desktop Support Engineer at Honeywell through ESP Global Services. In this role, I provide first-hand support for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing desktops, printers, laptops, and other peripherals. My responsibilities include desk-side support, PC break/fix tasks, and basic administration of Windows operating systems.
