I am an experienced Omnichannel Specialist with a strong background in voicebot and chatbot technologies. Currently working at mBank S.A. in Łódź, Poland, I am responsible for preparing and analyzing data for NLU models, creating automatic test scenarios, and conducting post-implementation tests for chat applications.
