I am a seasoned Business-System Analyst with extensive experience in requirements gathering, process automation, and system integration. Currently, I work at IGT Poland, where I am responsible for eliciting requirements, analyzing existing documentation, and conducting consultations with business stakeholders. I specialize in creating Functional Requirements Documentation (FRD), defining system logic, and automating processes. I have successfully led workshops with up to 70 participants and managed requirements backlogs in JIRA. My role also involves working on IT conversion projects for various lotteries across the globe, utilizing IDM and AGILE frameworks, and supporting the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Previously, I held the position of Senior Business Analyst at Roche, where I developed an internal Content Management System, defined system interfaces, and created Epics, User Stories, and Functional Specification Documents (FSD). My responsibilities included leading refinement sessions, conducting data analysis, and organizing internal Wiki spaces. At the British Council, I gathered and prioritized business requirements, co-organized Event Storming sessions, and managed SCRUM ceremonies and sprint backlogs. I have also contributed to process unification and software coordination at Axa Assistance, and performed business consulting and system maintenance for various government clients at Atos Poland. My educational background includes advanced degrees in Business Process Engineering, Global Production Engineering, and Industrial and Product Design, complemented by certifications and proficiency in numerous analytical and project management tools.Tech Stack
