  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook), along with experience using office management software (e.g., ERP, CRM).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear internal and external communication.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, ensuring accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Experience managing office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships to maintain efficient daily operations.
  • Proven ability to coordinate office events, meetings, and travel arrangements, supporting seamless scheduling for senior staff.
