Required skills and experience

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Strong experience with frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Django, .NET), databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in software development, including team leadership or project management roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and continuous integration/deployment processes.
• Understanding of application security best practices and regulations.

Nice to have/preferred skills and experience

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum practices, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deploying applications in a cloud environment.
