General overview of the role

Typical duties and responsibilities

3. Design and implement fundraising strategies to secure financial support from foundations, corporations, individual donors, and government sources.

8. Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations, and manage organizational risks appropriately.
9. Manage the organization’s budget, tracking monthly cash flow and ensuring financial stability.

Required skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of senior management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of overseeing staff and creating a positive organizational culture.
• Solid public relations skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively to stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure successful internal and external communication.
• Strong problem-solving abilities combined with effective decision-making skills.
• Ability to navigate complex financial challenges and ensure the organization’s financial health and sustainability.
• Deep understanding of the industry, its demands, and emerging trends.
• Proficiency in relevant technologies for organizational management.
