General overview of the role

  3. Lead day-to-day operational management, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
  4. Drive organizational performance through robust goal-setting, performance tracking, and operational planning.
  5. Oversee human resources functions, including talent acquisition, development, retention, and fostering an inclusive company culture.
  6. Ensure all regulatory compliance with national and local laws, implementing corrective measures where necessary.
  7. Develop and implement growth-focused business strategies in line with financial targets.
  8. Optimize internal processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  9. Partner with the CEO on key business functions, including sales, budgeting, and capital investment.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  11. Monitor performance metrics through data analysis tools, adjusting strategies and reporting forecasts as needed.

Required skills and experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing business operations.
  • Strong leadership abilities, exhibiting integrity, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Expertise in business strategy, operational management, and organizational growth.
  • Excellent knowledge of business functions such as HR, finance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and using performance metrics to drive decisions.
  • Ability to identify and resolve business problems quickly, with a focus on process improvement and innovation.
