Required skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with proven ability to mine, evaluate, and visualize data effectively.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for managing and querying relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and familiarity with non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Solid knowledge of Excel and other data analytics tools to process, visualize, and interpret data effectively.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and advanced analytics.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for creating impactful dashboards and reports.
• Experience in technical writing, including creating queries, reports, and presentations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to articulate findings and recommendations effectively to cross-functional teams.

Nice to have/preferred skills and experience (not required)

• Experience in database and model design, with expertise in segmentation techniques.
• Strong programming skills with frameworks such as XML, JavaScript, and ETL.
• Practical experience with statistical analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or SAS.
