Typical duties and responsibilities

3. Analyze new business requirements, define non-functional requirements, and develop detailed technical solutions.

5. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and industry trends to enhance the CRM product roadmap.
6. Mentor and coach team members on technical solutions, architecture best practices, and professional development.
7. Manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
8. Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
9. Encourage creative thinking and innovative problem-solving approaches in Salesforce implementation.
10. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business engagement and lead major Salesforce architecture initiatives.

Required skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience on the Salesforce/Force.com platform, with proven experience in solution design and architecture.
• Strong practical knowledge of Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, Apex Web services, and APIs.
• Experience with third-party integration tools, ETL, and Salesforce integrations.
• Advanced technical degree, with a minimum of 12 years in progressively responsible technical roles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a talent for mentoring junior team members.

Nice to have/preferred skills and experience (not required)

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with nCino, including its integration with Salesforce.
• Experience managing projects and teams in an Agile environment.
• Professional certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
• Experience in the financial or banking sector, particularly with banking systems integration.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations as they apply to Salesforce implementations.
