Required skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Extensive experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, Go) and familiarity with modern frameworks and tools.
• Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, and cloud-based architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to mentor and grow junior engineers while promoting best practices across teams.
• Expertise in designing scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
