As a dynamic and versatile Unity Developer, I have extensive experience in both independent and collaborative development environments. My portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, from small indie games to large-scale, complex VR/AR applications and mobile games. Currently, I am a Senior Unity Developer and Programmer Team Lead at 4Experience sp. z o.o., where I supervise a team of programmers, coordinate with various departments to ensure project alignment, and lead technical meetings with clients. My responsibilities also include establishing company-wide standards for technical documentation and code architecture. Previously, I served as a Senior Unity Developer, focusing on designing and developing core modules for driving simulators and supporting the team leader with code reviews and development support. My career began with roles at Live Motion Games S.A., where I developed simulator games and created core gameplay systems, and at Tappaz Games, where I developed hyper-casual mobile games. I have also worked on developing editor tools at Gamgoo sp. z o.o. and gained valuable experience as an intern. Notable projects include leading the development of a driving simulator for medical applications, creating new game features and improving existing systems in a VR shooter and architectural visualization app, and solely developing the Sapper Simulator Game from start to release. My core skills include proficiency in C#/.NET, Unity, LINQ, and version control systems like Git and Plastic, complemented by strong problem-solving abilities, team collaboration, and adaptability to new technologies. I hold an IT specialist degree from Władysława Szybińskiego Technical School and am fluent in Polish with intermediate proficiency in English.Tech Stack
