As a Senior IT Recruiter at DataArt since August 2022, I manage the complete employee lifecycle for IT, legal, and financial positions. My responsibilities include creating and posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates through direct search, and collaborating closely with PR and Employer Branding (EB) departments. I also co-organize local events and participate in external fairs. Additionally, I develop new recruitment processes, documents, and training materials as needed. My role involves creating reports and summaries, estimating data in Excel, and consulting with the legal department to prepare offer documents for candidates.
