Since June 2021, I have been working at Roche as a Senior R Developer, focusing on diverse software and data solutions. Initially joining as an R Developer, my responsibilities expanded from developing web applications using PostgreSQL and REST APIs in Python with Flask, to migrating these applications to AWS and rewriting all codes from R to Python. I have also led the design and development of a complex XML data validation and processing pipeline, converting it to HTML with XSLT files using Python's lxml.etree and lxml.html. Before Roche, my career path began at Analyx Poznań, where I served as an Advanced Data Scientist until April 2020, and then as a Data Analyst at PSI Polska Poznań. My roles encompassed developing REST APIs with machine learning models on the backend, customer segmentation in the energy market, web scraping for data collection, and marketing mix modeling. My technical expertise is robust in R, Python, SQL, Docker, and Linux, and I have a strong academic background with a Master’s degree in Financial and Actuarial Mathematics from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
