Employment history
As a Developer specializing in Risk Analyzer at Credit Suisse (via ITDS), I played a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of critical financial risk management software. Leveraging my expertise in C# and .NET technologies, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to translate complex risk models and algorithms into robust software solutions. Through my contributions to the Risk Analyzer project, I demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering value-driven solutions that meet the evolving needs of the financial industry while adhering to strict regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
-Developing QIAcuity Control Software, which allows the use of dPCR (digital Polymerase Chain Reaction) instrument. Software is a service on linux machine, that communicates with hardware. Service is also used by the web UI, which is running on the instrument in Kiosk Mode. Frontend is written in React, backend uses C#, .NET Core (switched from Mono) and SQLite.
-QiaGuest-simple application, used internally to keep up a knowledgebase about upcoming visitors. Frontend was done in Angular, backend in C#. We used Azure and Azure Functions to maximize our productivity.
-ADAM – project, that helps scientists in analysis of NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) experiments. Application consists of main web component (C#, .NET Core, An-gular, MySQL) and additional smaller desktop applications (C#, WPF), that help consume about 5TB of data daily Q-Rex, where I was fulfilling the role of Dev Lead (mixing roles of Product Owner and Project Manager).
Responsible for development of Q-Rex – regulated desktop software for medical device (Rotor-Gene Q – DNA amplification in PCR), took over the role of Scrum Master within the project, working in distributed team. Project involved an interesting use of main application (which allowed for use of Rotor-Gene Q instrument, and gathering of raw instrument data)and plug-ins, allowing for different kinds of analysis. Project was implemented with C# and WPF.
Developing regulated software, that controls medical instrument (OCT-HS100), dedicated to eyesight diagnosis. One of my interesting duties was to create a small farm using Vagrant, Azure and TestComplete to test resilience of the application.
Developing dedicated ERP software – I was involved in close co-operation with business analytics, creation of algorithms, GUI implementation, design of communication between main application, server and database (C#, CodeFluent Entities, DevEx-press).
