Realisation of a future proof DX platform for the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK), improving editorial experience and servicing of Dutch entrepreneurs. Contracted by one of KVK its preferred suppliers to aid the project as a Bloomreach & CI/CD engineer.

As technical lead my main responsibility is providing technical guidance
and oversight in transitioning our on-premise anwb.nl site stack to cloud
(PAAS-based/SAAS-based) platforms. Operating within one of our central
platforms, we’re lifting and rearchitecting our site platform to a next
generation architecture/infrastructure, boosting innovation capabilities, easing
maintenance and executing strategic alignment of our web platform with the
corporate strategy and architecture (guidelines). Managing a 50+ (primary)
stakeholder field, both technical and non-technical, this lift entails a challenging
operation with a lot of technical challenges to resolve. Aside from technical
guidance I’m coaching several developers in my own team and adjacent
stakeholder teams in their individual growth and execution of our common
goals
