Required skills and experience

• Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably with a track record of managing multiple projects from initiation to closure.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, motivate team members, and drive project objectives effectively.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication to ensure clear exchanges of information with stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Agile certifications recognized in the industry.
• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation to manage project finances effectively.
• Skilled in identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and adapting plans accordingly to minimize impact.
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana for planning, tracking, and managing project progress.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and ensure their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills to identify problems early and implement solutions that keep projects on track.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, embracing Agile methodologies and making adjustments in response to changing project needs or priorities.
