6. Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless product development and execution.
7. Champion your product vision, effectively communicating and building consensus across diverse teams.
8. Measure success by tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product impact and user adoption, using data to refine strategies and optimize the product experience.
9. Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop and implement go-to-market strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
10. Improve release management practices by standardizing processes for consistency.

Required skills and experience

• Proven experience in product management, ideally in a technology or software environment.
• Proven ability to lead release processes and ensure quality assurance.
• Experience with early-stage product launches and bringing new products to market.
• Strong understanding of customer-centric product development and the ability to translate user needs into actionable product features.
• Experience with user experience (UX) design and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Aha!) and Agile development methodologies.
