Required skills and experience

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Experience with content creation and social media management.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through creating compelling marketing content and clear and persuasive messaging in campaigns.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, consistently delivering multiple marketing projects on time and within resource constraints.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing solo projects with minimal supervision while also contributing to collaborative initiatives, effectively supporting team goals.
