Required skills and experience

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a specific industry sector relevant to the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities to interact positively with various levels of personnel and candidates.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
