Senior Support Analyst (POS / ERP)
We’re seeking a Senior Support Analyst with expertise in Retail POS and ERP applications to join a leading fashion and retail organization that combines style with technology-driven operations. You’ll analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration across retail, e-commerce, and backend systems. This position bridges the gap between technology and retail operations, ensuring store and digital platforms work together efficiently to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Salary: 15,000 - 18,000 BRL per month

Contract of employment Requirements
5+ years of experience in a similar IT Applications or Systems Analyst role, preferably in retail or consumer goods
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
Proven experience supporting and configuring Oracle Retail Xstore POS systems
Knowledge of store modules (sales, inventory, promotions) and experience with SOVIA (Store Operations Visibility and Insight Analytics) and SIVIS (Store Inventory Visibility and Intelligence System)
Ability to analyze data structures, identify issues, and optimize system performance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to deal with multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to travel internationally occasionally (valid passport required)
Fluent in English (written and spoken) Nice to have
Experience with CRM or eCommerce systems integration
Familiarity with retail omnichannel processes (Click & Collect, Endless Aisle, etc.)
Knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Additional language skills: German, Spanish, or Portuguese
Experience working in global or cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
Understand and support retail business processes focused on Point of Sale (POS) systems, both front and backend
Participate in US and international IT projects, contributing to design, rollout, and enhancement of retail solutions
Gather, document, and validate business requirements, workflows, and process changes
Integrate and implement new processes, applications, or systems into the existing IT landscape
Support system testing phases and assist business teams in validation and issue resolution
Monitor and manage system interfaces and data communication across connected platforms
Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation
Deliver end-user and internal training sessions
Troubleshoot and resolve application, software, and connectivity issues
Ensure smooth coordination with internal customers, IT teams, and external vendors Please include GDPR consent
