Requirements

checked icon 5+ years of professional software development experience
checked icon Proven track record in designing, building, and maintaining complex systems across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and developer tooling
checked icon Strong hands-on experience with React (experience with Angular or Svelte is a plus)
checked icon Advanced proficiency in Node.js
checked icon Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and WebSocket services
checked icon Experience with databases such as Postgres, S3, Redis (Kafka and Clickhouse are a plus)
checked icon Familiarity with AWS and containerization
checked icon Knowledge of DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and observability (logging, monitoring, tracing)
checked icon Experience writing internal tools or CLIs to improve developer productivity
checked icon Excellent understanding of Web Standards (ESM, CJS, Browsers, ECMA versions, etc.)
checked icon Exposure to Kubernetes and containerized environments (hands-on production experience is a plus)
checked icon Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture and performance optimization
checked icon Comfortable with Git and GitLab workflows

Nice to have

checked icon Familiarity with Go for backend or infrastructure tooling
checked icon Experience with developer environments (preferably Turborepo)
checked icon Exposure to Python, especially for scripting or simple AI/ML workflows

Responsibilities

checked icon Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality software systems across frontend and backend
checked icon Collaborate with the Head of Development and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, maintainable solutions
checked icon Implement and optimize frontend architecture with a focus on performance and scalability
checked icon Contribute to backend services using Node.js and modern frameworks
checked icon Participate in infrastructure development and tooling to enhance developer productivity
checked icon Support continuous integration and deployment practices
checked icon Write clean, efficient, and testable code while maintaining coding standards and best practices
checked icon Continuously explore new technologies and contribute to innovation and process improvement
