We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join the team. You will be responsible for rebuilding the frontend from scratch, with performance optimization as the primary goal. The team is looking for someone who can work independently, take ownership of technical decisions, and contribute actively to the overall product direction.

Requirements

checked icon 5+ years of overall professional experience as a frontend engineer
checked icon Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with experience building scalable, high-performance applications
checked icon 5+ years of experience with React, including modern component-based architecture and performance optimization
checked icon 2+ years of experience working with Lightning.js, preferably on TV or set-top box platforms
checked icon Background in TV- or video-related products, such as streaming platforms, media players, or broadcast applications is a huge plus
checked icon Ability to work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver user-focused solutions
checked icon Experience optimizing performance and ensuring smooth playback and UI responsiveness on constrained devices
checked icon Ability to communicate effectively in English

Responsibilities

checked icon Contribute to redevelopment of the application from the ground up, owning architecture and core technical decisions
checked icon Design and implement a high-performance frontend with a strong focus on optimization, efficiency, and scalability
checked icon Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring smooth and responsive user experiences across devices
checked icon Translate product requirements into clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
checked icon Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and performance monitoring throughout the rewrite process
