B2B Contract We are looking for a Mid-Senior Accountant to take ownership of core accounting, payroll, and financial operations for a growing technology company operating in Poland. This role focuses on ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth execution of day-to-day financial operations while supporting the company’s ongoing growth.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role
Strong understanding of accounting, payroll, and tax regulations in Poland
Experience managing accounts receivable and payable
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned areas
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Good communication skills and working knowledge of English Nice to have
Experience working with technology or R&D-driven companies
Exposure to tax incentive programs or optimization initiatives
Experience working in fast-growing organizations Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate financial records
Handle payroll processing and employee-related financial documentation
Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable, including categorization and timely processing
Prepare and maintain financial and administrative documentation required for business operations
Support international business travel by preparing expense and delegation documentation
Coordinate with external accountants and tax advisors when needed
Provide input on tax efficiency, available incentives, and potential rebates relevant to the business
Identify opportunities to improve and streamline financial and administrative processes Please include GDPR consent
