Customer Success Manager (Remote)
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join a fast-growing, mission-driven team focused on creating a positive global impact through technology and sustainability. You will play a key role in supporting and growing our community of business clients, ensuring they receive an outstanding customer experience and maximize value from our solutions.

You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, guiding them through onboarding, supporting them throughout their journey, and helping them achieve success with our products.
Requirements

2+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role

Excellent command of English (C1 or higher)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to handle multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously

Experience supporting customers via email, chat, and video call

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and identify trends or opportunities

Proactive approach with strong problem-solving and ownership skills

Highly organized with attention to detail and time management

Passion for sustainability and positive impact initiatives
Nice to have

Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced environment

Background in tech, SaaS, or digital platforms

Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, G2, Capterra, or CRM systems

Experience with customer review management or community engagement
Responsibilities

Lead the onboarding process to ensure quick, smooth setup and a great user experience

Manage and support existing customer relationships, responding promptly to inquiries

Analyse accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or optimizing platform usage

Conduct periodic account reviews with key customers

Create and share customer success materials such as case studies, newsletters, and

feedback reports

Collect and manage customer reviews across multiple platforms

Collaborate with internal teams to improve user experience based on customer insights

Monitor analytics and report on customer behaviour, engagement, and satisfaction

Stay updated on industry and sustainability trends to share insights with the team and clients
