We are looking for a Principal AI Engineer to join a fast-growing global technology consulting company that helps enterprise clients design and build advanced AI-driven solutions to solve business challenges and accelerate digital transformation.

Requirements

Engineering proficiency in Python and PyTorch, with hands-on experience developing machine learning models from scratch using PyTorch and/or JAX/Flax.

Strong system design expertise and hand-on experience with complex collaborative AI projects, with the ability to implement research concepts in a clean, scalable manner and productionize AI pipelines.

Strong fundamentals and proven implementation expertise in deep learning, multimodal models and vision models.

Proven publication record in deep learning, computer vision, generative models or physical AI (RL, VLA).

Experience working with large scale AI training (GPU clusters, Ray).

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Nice to have

Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Experience with robotic manipulation (manufacturing or logistics applications) or other physical AI projects (ADAS, autonomous driving, etc.).
Responsibilities

Design and develop models for dexterous robotic manipulation for manufacturing and logistics applications.

Lead the design, development, and experimentation of novel algorithms, architectures, and techniques to enhance the performance and scalability of AI models.

Lead and contribute to advanced research in robotic perception, physical AI and motion generation.

Design and build robotic applications combining conventional computer vision, motion planning, and VLA/RL models.

Define and oversee data generation, curation strategies and collection, and supervise data collection to scale datasets and enhance model performance.
