We are seeking a Site Acquisition Specialist/Key Account Manager to join a high-energy team focused on expanding real estate investment opportunities. This role involves generating, managing, and closing a pipeline of property leads while building strong, lasting relationships with property owners.

Requirements

checked icon Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in B2C sales
checked icon Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, commercial property, or related sectors
checked icon Proven ability to negotiate deals from initial contact through closing
checked icon Understanding of real estate transaction processes and financial concepts like IRR and NPV
checked icon Experience in commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights, or renewable energy is a plus
checked icon Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and professional approach
checked icon Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

checked icon Oversee a personal pipeline of leads from sourcing through to deal completion
checked icon Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, employing a consultative and relationship-driven approach
checked icon Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline and closing targets
checked icon Track and analyze lead activity to ensure a consistent and healthy sales pipeline
checked icon Provide insights to optimize origination processes, CRM usage, and marketing initiatives
checked icon Contribute to strategic projects and enhancements to maintain a competitive position in the market
