Requirements

checked icon Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or comparable hands-on experience in direct-to-consumer sales.
checked icon Natural sales talent and negotiation skills
checked icon Proven experience managing deals end to end, from outreach (cold calling) through final execution
checked icon Understanding of financial metrics and valuation principles, including discounted cash flow concepts, is desirable
checked icon Knowledge of real estate deal closings is a plus
checked icon Background in sectors such as commercial real estate, mortgages, telecommunications, mineral rights acquisition or renewable energy is advantageous.
checked icon Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to build effective relationships
checked icon Self-driven mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Responsibilities

checked icon Own and oversee an individual portfolio of prospects, guiding opportunities from initial identification through successful completion
checked icon Develop new opportunities by acting as a trusted advisor and primary contact for prospective clients
checked icon Consistently meet or exceed defined monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets related to deal flow and conversions
checked icon Proactively organize and track daily activities to maintain a strong, balanced, and reliable pipeline
checked icon Support enhancements to acquisition processes by improving tools and workflows such as data analysis, customer management systems, and marketing efforts
checked icon Take part in company projects and product improvements to stay competitive in the market
