We are looking for mid-to-senior-level Product Managers to join a fast-growing fintech platform that delivers seamless access to stock trading, gold investments, Murabaha, IPO subscriptions, and other investment services.

In this role, you will lead high-impact product initiatives across the trading and investment ecosystem, owning the end-to-end product lifecycle—from strategic ideation and market discovery to execution, launch, and continuous optimization—while driving innovation, operational excellence, and an exceptional user experience across multiple strategic domains.

Requirements

checked icon 3+ years of hands-on product management experience in a core PM role.
checked icon Proven experience building relevant fintech products (e.g., trading platforms, B2C fintech apps, wealth management products).
checked icon Prior experience in the fintech industry—especially trading, wealth tech, or compliance.
checked icon Strong product-thinking mindset with the ability to break down problems and drive clarity.
checked icon Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
checked icon Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
checked icon Ability to align cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive decisions with confidence.
checked icon Demonstrated resilience, focus, and performance under pressure, particularly when working with tight timelines.

checked icon Familiarity with Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations.
checked icon Understanding of user-centered product design in trading or wealth management.

Responsibilities

checked icon Define, own, and execute the product roadmap, grounded in deep customer insights, market trends, and business objectives.
checked icon Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and market research to identify pain points, validate ideas, and uncover opportunities.
checked icon Lead and expand product development across several domains—Gold Trading, IPO Subscription, Copy Trading, and additional upcoming initiatives.
checked icon Build and enhance stock-trading capabilities, including Market Depth, DRIP, Order Types, Price Alerts, and more.
checked icon Maintain and evolve trading products to meet new exchange rules, regulatory updates, and compliance standards.
checked icon Manage core platform functionality, such as premium subscription models, partner integrations, AML/compliance features, and operational tools.
checked icon Write clear and concise PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to enable smooth delivery.
checked icon Prioritize the product backlog effectively in alignment with business goals and impact.
checked icon Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure successful execution and delivery across the product lifecycle.
