We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join a fast-growing, mission-driven team focused on creating a positive global impact through technology and sustainability. You will play a key role in supporting and growing our community of business clients, ensuring they receive an outstanding customer experience and maximize value from our solutions.

This is a highly collaborative and proactive role, ideal for someone who thrives in a start-up environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering excellence. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, guiding them through onboarding, supporting them throughout their journey, and helping them achieve success with our products.

Requirements

checked icon 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
checked icon Excellent command of English (C1 or higher)
checked icon Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
checked icon Ability to handle multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
checked icon Experience supporting customers via email, chat, and video call
checked icon Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and identify trends or opportunities
checked icon Proactive approach with strong problem-solving and ownership skills
checked icon Highly organized with attention to detail and time management
checked icon Passion for sustainability and positive impact initiatives

Nice to have

checked icon Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced environment
checked icon Background in tech, SaaS, or digital platforms
checked icon Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, G2, Capterra, or CRM systems
checked icon Experience with customer review management or community engagement

Responsibilities

checked icon Lead the onboarding process to ensure quick, smooth setup and a great user experience
checked icon Manage and support existing customer relationships, responding promptly to inquiries
checked icon Analyse accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or optimizing platform usage
checked icon Conduct periodic account reviews with key customers
checked icon Create and share customer success materials such as case studies, newsletters, and
checked icon feedback reports
checked icon Collect and manage customer reviews across multiple platforms
checked icon Collaborate with internal teams to improve user experience based on customer insights
checked icon Monitor analytics and report on customer behaviour, engagement, and satisfaction
checked icon Stay updated on industry and sustainability trends to share insights with the team and clients
