We are seeking a Technical Manager (Full-stack JavaScript) to join our client, an innovative technology company that develops AI-powered platforms and consulting solutions to optimize enterprise operations, accelerate digital transformation, and support high-growth industries, including private capital markets. Lead high-performing teams and shape the architecture of scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript technologies like React, Node.js, NestJS, Next.js, and GraphQL.

Requirements

checked icon 8+ years of software development experience with significant focus on full-stack JavaScript
checked icon 3+ years in a technical leadership or managerial role
checked icon Proven experience leading agile software teams and delivering results in fast-paced environments
checked icon Deep expertise in React.js (Hooks, Context API), Node.js, NestJS, and Express
checked icon Strong experience with Next.js for SSR and dynamic routing
checked icon Expertise designing and integrating REST and GraphQL APIs using tools like Apollo Server/Client
checked icon Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
checked icon Experience with asynchronous design patterns, optimization, and scalable web applications
checked icon Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
checked icon Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git, and DevOps practices
checked icon Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Responsibilities

checked icon Lead architecture and design for full-stack applications using React (frontend), Node.js/NestJS (backend), and GraphQL/REST APIs
checked icon Mentor and manage a team of engineers, establishing best practices in development and collaboration
checked icon Own delivery of complex features, ensuring quality, security, and performance under tight deadlines
checked icon Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to define technical scope and delivery plans
checked icon Conduct code and architecture reviews to maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable solutions
checked icon Design applications for scalability and optimize for high performance and user experience
checked icon Introduce modern tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve team efficiency and product quality
checked icon Identify technical risks and bottlenecks, and develop proactive mitigation strategies
