Requirements

checked icon 6+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
checked icon Strong experience with Java and GoLang.
checked icon Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
checked icon Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as caching systems.
checked icon Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
checked icon Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
checked icon Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Nice to have

checked icon Background in fintech, high-frequency systems, or trading platforms.
checked icon Understanding of low-latency system optimization.
checked icon Experience working with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).

Responsibilities

checked icon Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and microservices using Java and GoLang.
checked icon Build scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and data pipelines.
checked icon Contribute to architectural decisions, perform code reviews, and support continuous process improvements.
checked icon Lead and mentor junior developers, sharing expertise to maintain high-quality standards.
checked icon Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions.
checked icon Improve system performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability through optimization and best practices.
checked icon Stay current with emerging backend technologies, tools, and best practices.
