Required skills and experience

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business, Economics) is required.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field, preferably within a corporate or consulting environment.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with a solid attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Understanding of business operations, financial principles, and market trends.

Nice to have/preferred skills and experience (not required)

• Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), or others relevant to data analysis.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and experience applying them to real-world problems.

• Previous experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail) that is relevant to the organization’s focus may be beneficial.
