I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Electronics and Telecommunications at Poznań University of Technology, where I have been deeply involved in research focused on the utilization of machine learning, particularly reinforcement learning, for optimizing wireless communication systems such as M-MIMO networks. My academic journey has allowed me to contribute to significant national and international research projects, with my work being published in renowned journals like IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems and IEEE Access. Alongside my academic pursuits, I serve as a Research and Didactic Assistant, where I teach courses on wireless system simulations and programming. In my professional role as a Senior R&D Engineer at Rimedo Labs, I focus on developing machine learning-based algorithms to enhance the management of 5G and beyond networks, particularly within the Open RAN architecture. My work primarily involves optimizing energy efficiency in M-MIMO networks, as well as addressing beam management and security aspects. Previously, I contributed to the implementation of spectrum sharing standards for the Citizen Broadband Radio Service. My experience also includes internships and research projects where I developed programming tools and contributed to the advancement of spatial sound technologies. My background is a blend of academic rigor and practical application, making me well-versed in both research and development in the field of telecommunications.Tech Stack
