  • Create and distribute professional marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, and social media content, to enhance property visibility.
  • Execute administrative functions, including document processing, file management, and correspondence with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate open houses, property viewings, and marketing events, ensuring all materials and properties are properly prepared.
  • Assist in gathering property information, conducting market research, and preparing comparative market analyses.
  • Monitor and manage transaction timelines, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant with real estate regulations.
  • Support client relationship management through prompt communication, inquiry response, and maintenance of client records.

Required skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field, plus a minimum of 2 years experience in administrative support within the real estate industry or comparable professional environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in real estate software platforms, including Multiple Listing Services (MLS), transaction management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of real estate documentation, transaction processes, and industry terminology, with experience in preparing and processing real estate contracts and disclosures.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting critical deadlines.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to interact professionally with clients, agents, vendors, and other stakeholders in high-pressure situations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools, with experience in creating and managing online content for property promotion.
  • Demonstrated expertise in database management and record-keeping, with experience in maintaining confidential client information and transaction records.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges in a fast-paced real estate environment.
