• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and team collaboration.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana).

Nice to have/preferred skills and experience (not required)

• Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a leadership role.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification.
• Certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or equivalent agile practices.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large program budgets.
