Required skills and experience

• 3–5 years of proven experience in testing, debugging, and optimizing hardware systems for both functionality and performance.
• Strong understanding of circuit design principles and hands-on experience with tools such as Altium, Cadence, or similar design platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively and deliver innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including software and manufacturing engineers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements to ensure hardware designs meet compliance guidelines.
• Proficiency in documenting design processes and results, ensuring traceability and future reference for team members.
