As a UI/UX Product Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our travel tools and platforms. You’ll bridge the gap between user needs and technical feasibility, ensuring a seamless and delightful travel experience worldwide.
Requirements
3+ years as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Proficiency in design tools like Figma
Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have
Experience working in an agile development environment
Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS)
Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user requirements and transform them into outstanding UI/UX solutions
Conduct user research to identify pain points, opportunities, and behavior patterns related to travel documents and visas
Design user interfaces (UI) that are visually appealing, user-centric, and aligned with brand's identity
Develop user experiences (UX) that are intuitive, efficient, and reduce friction throughout the travel document and visa application process
Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and gather user feedback
Participate in usability testing sessions and refine designs based on user feedback and data analysis
