We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Developer to join an international technology company developing enterprise software used by organizations worldwide to manage governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). You’ll work on a modern in-house platform, building scalable solutions that help global businesses improve operational efficiency, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

checked icon 5+ years of experience in software development or solution engineering
checked icon Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and scalable application architecture
checked icon Extensive experience with PostgreSQL, including data modeling, performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting
checked icon Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and XML
checked icon Ability to read, analyze, and troubleshoot Java-based applications
checked icon Experience working with modern AI tools to improve software development, analysis, and productivity
checked icon Proven ability to solve complex production issues and deliver high-quality software solutions
checked icon Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
checked icon Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
checked icon Experience collaborating with globally distributed engineering teams
checked icon Excellent English communication skills
checked icon Experience mentoring junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance

Responsibilities

checked icon Design, develop, and enhance enterprise software solutions on an in-house platform
checked icon Build scalable, maintainable, and secure applications following engineering best practices
checked icon Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies
checked icon Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, and global engineering teams
checked icon Optimize application performance and resolve complex production issues
checked icon Improve existing features while contributing to new product development
checked icon Demonstrate product functionality to customers and internal stakeholders when required
checked icon Research emerging technologies and implement innovative development approaches
checked icon Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team
checked icon Help improve development processes, code quality, and engineering standards
