Remote We are looking for a highly experienced LLM Expert with strong hands-on experience in building, fine-tuning, evaluating, deploying, and optimizing large language model systems. This is a senior, full-time role for someone who can take ownership of LLM-related architecture and development, work closely with product and engineering teams, and help shape how we use AI in real-world cybersecurity products.
Requirements
6+ years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, data science, software engineering, or related fields.
Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, generative AI, or foundation models.
Previous experience as a Senior LLM Engineer, LLM Developer, Data Scientist, or similar role is strongly preferred.
Experience with model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, evaluation, and inference optimization.
Strong Python skills and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
Experience deploying AI/ML systems in production environments.
Strong understanding of data pipelines, model evaluation, monitoring, and MLOps.
Ability to work independently, own technical decisions, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
High level of professional English. Nice to have
Design, build, and improve LLM-based features and workflows.
Lead model selection, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment.
Develop reliable evaluation methods for quality, safety, accuracy, and performance.
Optimize LLM systems for latency, cost, scalability, and reliability.
Work with engineering teams to integrate LLM capabilities into production systems.
Support privacy, security, and responsible AI practices across model workflows.
Research and recommend new tools, models, frameworks, and deployment approaches.
Mentor team members and help define best practices for LLM development. Please include GDPR consent
